Despite it's inherent toughness and abrasion resistance galvanized coatings can still get damaged* or need repair after on-site alteration*.

Over the years, many customers have asked us to recommend repair sprays and in some cases supply branded products which we have done reluctantly.

Therefore, and for some time now Joseph Ash have been testing most of the zinc spray repair products currently available in the UK with a view to formulating our own zinc repair spray for use by our customers with confidence wherever the need arises.

As a result, we believe we have formulated a unique product that is as good as the best alternative available on the market currently (and one that we have full confidence in).

GALVSAFE has the following important features:

• High zinc content-contains 88% zinc in the dry film (Zinc dust content conforms with BS EN ISO 3549)
• Great colour match with most galvanized coatings
• Good adhesion
• and perhaps most importantly for many customers.....Safe for use on products due to be powder coated after galvanizing (GALVSAFE contains high temperature resins)

*repairs where the galvanized coating has been completely removed will require repair using high build zinc paste prior to application of any repair spray.
